Step One: Walk-in Advising
Meet with a Peer Advisor for walk-in advising any class day 9 am - 5pm (last check in time 4:30pm)
**NO WALK-IN ADVISING THANKSGIVING WEEK (NOV. 21-25) or SPRING BREAK**
Walk-in advising hours at the International Office are available without appointment if you are beginning the study abroad process, trying to decide which program is right for you, or want to talk to a student who has been in your shoes. FALL DATES: August 24 - December 7. SPRING DATES: January 17 - May 9.
Meet for On-Campus Advising with a Study Abroad Program Coordinator.
- Mondays 10am - 3pm in WEL main floor
- Tuesdays 12-4pm in SZB main lobby
- Thursday 12-4pm in CLA by Glickman Conference Center
- Friday 1-4pm in Jester inside Vick Center
Attend a General Info Session.
- Mondays 5pm-6pm in ART 1.110
- Thursdays 5pm-6pm CAL 100
Program Coordinators conduct info-sessions throughout the semester on Campus. Attend to learn more about study abroad and to speak with Study Abroad staff. Dates and times are posted on our web page calendar.
Step Two: Meet with a Program Coordinator
Note: Appointment NOT required to apply for faculty-led programs. Instead you can attend a FL program infosession.
All meetings are held in the International Office located at 24th & Nueces. Please report to the service desk at your scheduled time.
