DO I NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?
No need to wait for an appointment to obtain your passport – we are a walk-in facility.
*Please note that our office is currently experiencing a much higher volume of passport applications. We endeavor to ensure that every applicant is served in a timely fashion. However, because of the higher-than-normal volume of applicants and because we strive to make every customer’s experience a great one, we cannot always guarantee that you will be served when you arrive at our office. During busy periods, our office must close early to ensure that we can serve current customers and still have applications mailed to the State Department before the end of the business day. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Passport Services
UT Austin Passport and ID Services passport acceptance facility provides information and resources to US citizens to obtain, replace or change their passport. We serve UT students, faculty and staff, as well as the greater Austin community. Photo Services
From visa photos for a study abroad trip, to a specific photo size for a non-US Passport, to OPT or work permit photos, to US Visa digital photo copies, to anything else in between, we can take care of all your photo needs.
International ID Cards
Student, Youth and Teacher ID cards offer incredible discounts on museums, transportation, restaurants and more. Whether you’re studying abroad or traveling on a budget, these inexpensive ID cards prove valuable for the budget traveler. The cards also come with travel and medical insurance.
