Occasionally, Passport Services will open up appointments during evenings and on weekends. From April 30th through May 3rd, we will be available until 4:00 PM. Check the online booking system for availability.
Come see us to apply for a passport or get a photo. Not only do we serve the UT campus, we are open to the public and our neighbors in the greater Austin area, including Round Rock, Pflugerville, Cedar Park, Dripping Springs, Buda and beyond.

Passport Services is on the first floor of the Texas Global building and no longer accepts walk-ins. Use the online scheduling system to make an appointment. Booking permitted only a few days in advance. Please see our FAQs for helpful tips on securing your appointment.
Please be on time. Note that the San Antonio Garage is across the street. Please be aware there is limited waiting room space in the office.
The passport office is closed during all University of Texas at Austin holidays and follows the university's closure policy in the event of weather or emergencies.
Passport Services is located at 2400 Nueces Street, Suite B, Austin TX 78705 on the ground floor of the Texas Global building. The entrance is at the corner of 24th and Nueces Streets, not to be confused with the residence lobby entrance further away from 24th Street. When you enter the main Texas Global lobby, our office is to the left of the large counter.
There is parking available on the street in West Campus or in the San Antonio Garage.
