Megan Chiarenza

Prior to joining Texas Global, Megan served as an event coordinator for the Texas Law Alumni Association. During her tenure she planned events all over the United States and abroad. After a career break to focus on her family, she is excited to get back into the world of academia.

Megan has a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies with a minor in economics from Texas State University. During her time as an undergraduate student, she was fortunate to study abroad in Sevilla, Spain and attend the Universidad de Seville. This experience sparked her passion for international travel and learning. 

Her favorite trip to date was a three-week adventure exploring Sicily. She took this trip with her in-laws and children who met all of their Italian family, including their 102-year-old great uncle, Zio Franco!

During her free time she is running the Townlake trail, playing tennis, and reading historical fiction. She has 8-year-old twin boys, Luca and Matteo, that keep her on her toes.
