Front Desk

The ISSS Front Desk is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Front Desk staff can assist with general questions and document pick-up.

Student Advising

Student advising operates on a walk-in basis during the above advising times only.  Student advising includes student immigration, financial aid, sponsored students, ESL students, and notary services.

*Last sign-in time is subject to change during busy advising periods.

Faculty & Scholar Advising

Appointments are required for faculty and scholar advising services.  Click one of the links below to schedule an appointment:

• Individual Advising Appointment for J-1 & H-1B faculty/scholars
• Individual Advising Appointment for Permanent Residency issues
• Required J-1 Orientation for new Visiting Scholars & Researchers (Mondays & Wednesday at 2 p.m.)
